The world’s biggest and tallest Ferris wheel, Ain Dubai, has finally begun operations. after many years of preparation and building, 820 feet tall. It is almost twice as tall as the well-known London Eye. It has already established itself as a must-visit location for thrill enthusiasts.
The outstanding statistics for The Ain Dubai don’t stop there. Amazingly, it can hold 1,750 passengers at once. Up to 40 passengers can ride in each air-conditioned cabin, allowing for a roomy and comfortable ride. The High Roller in Las Vegas, which has a capacity of 1,120 people, no longer holds the record.
But those looking for a quick thrill might be let down. The Ain Dubai’s full rotation takes about 38 minutes, allowing guests plenty of time to enjoy the mesmerizing views of the Dubai skyline. Don’t worry though; food and drinks, including those from the bar, are available at concession stalls on the ground to enhance your enjoyment.
Ain Dubai’s debut was a much awaited occasion. As part of a bigger initiative to increase tourism in the region, the authorities gave their approval for Ain Dubai’s construction in 2013. However, COVID-19 caused a delay in the wheel’s debut, causing the organizers to change their original plans.
