In the sleepy town of Presicce in Puglia, Italy, you are offered to buy and live in an abandoned house for 30,000 euros (about $30,000).

Long abandoned by their original owners, these homes are among the cheapest properties for sale in all of Italy.
Once the information is available on the city’s official website, officials will be ready to launch the application in the coming weeks.
“The overall fund will be split in two.
Some will buy older homes and some will redesign as needed,” Alfredo Palese, an alderman, told CNN.
House prices start at €500 per square meter and you need about €25,000 to secure a house of 50 sqm.
