Nasheen Kanwal becomes the first female SHO appointed by Pakistan Railways.

For the first time, a woman has been appointed SHO of the Lahore Railway Police.

Nauseen Kanwal said she was deployed as an SHO at the Mughalpura Railway Police Station, SP Railways Maaz Zafar told media.

The initiative to increase the participation of women officers in field operations is unprecedented.

According to SP Railways’ Maaz Zafar, this will increase the confidence of female police officers and also measure their ability to work in the field.
