
In Karachi. In line with the upward trend in the global market, the price of gold in Pakistan increased on Wednesday.
According to information provided by the All-Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association (APSGJA), the price of a tola of 24-karat gold rose by Rs800 and finally settled at Rs223,000.
The price of 22-karat gold per tola has increased by Rs686, bringing the current price to Rs191,187.
The cost of yellow metal increased globally and remained close to $1951.
While gold prices decreased by Rs2500 on Monday, they stayed steady on Tuesday.
