PCB Declares PKR 120 Million in Prize Money for HBL PSL 8 Winner

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced the prize money for the eighth Pakistan Super League season (PSL).

The winner will also receive a cheque for Rs120 million in addition to the Supernova Trophy, while the losers will each receive a check for Rs48 million.

The opening ceremony for the PSL 8 will be held in Multan on February 13 before the tournament’s first game between the reigning champion Lahore Qalandars and the champion Multan Sultans of 2021; the closing ceremony and final will be held in Lahore on March 19, which will also host play-offs.

Islamabad United will attempt to make history by winning the trophy three times, while Lahore Qalandars will attempt to become the first team to win consecutive titles.
