Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) will lower domestic fares by 10% on Pakistan Day.
Domestic customers alone were qualified for the discount on March 23, according to a representative of the airline on Tuesday.
The PIA used to give passengers a WhatsApp number so they could check the status of their tickets and seats online. The chatbot would help the travelers by providing information on the timetable, the status of their flights, and other topics.
